Incorporation is a week of forms. The Companies Act, 2013 is the rest of the year. Sandip Bhalerao & Co. maintains the ROC calendar for PCMC companies: registers, minutes, director KYC, AOC-4, MGT-7 and the resolutions that should have existed before the bank account or the related-party deal was put through.

Every filing is checked against the underlying resolution and the signed accounts. A clean CIN with sloppy annual compliance is not a clean company. Open defaults are treated as a separate close-out, not folded into the next incorporation of a group entity.
